Does Retold upload my photos or videos?
No. Everything is processed on your device. Your media and the stories you make are never uploaded to us or anyone else. See our Privacy Policy.
Do I need an account?
No account, no sign-up. Open the app and start making a story.
Why does Retold ask for access to my photos and videos?
So you can pick media to add to your collage, and save your finished story back to your gallery. That access is used only on your device — nothing is sent anywhere.
How do I save or share my story?
Tap Export to render your story, then choose Save to gallery or Share. Sharing hands the file to your device's share sheet so you can send it to Instagram, Facebook, messages, or any installed app.
Is Retold free?
Yes. There are no ads, no watermark, and no subscription.
